Gbegiri Soup Conchiglie Pasta With Mushroom and Spinach

INGREDIENTS  

1 Jar Egunsifoods Gbegiri Soup (Brown-Eyed Peas)

1/4 LB Mushroom 

8 oz Bag of Orecchiette 

1 Cup Spinach 

1/4 Tsp. freshly cracked black Pepper

1 Glove of Garlic

4 Tbsp. Oil 

2 Tbsp. fresh Basil 

Pinch of Sea Salt 

DIRECTION  

In a bowl, season cleaned Mushroom with Salt, freshly grounded Pepper, minced Garlic and Oil, toss well and add to a hot skillet. Sauté for 8 minutes, remove from the skillet and set aside

In the same skillet, bring Egunsifoods Gbegiri Soup (Brown-Eyed Peas) to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes

Follow the package instructions on how to cook the Orecchiette

Add cooked Orecchiette, Spinach and Mushroom into the thickened soup, stir and cook for another 5 minutes

Lastly stir in freshly chopped Basil and serve
